    Do I need to use ChatGPT to follow this course?
    (and do you teach about other AI tools?)

    While we demonstrate everything in this course using ChatGPT, the skills, prompts and mindset you'll learn work across virtually all AI tools - including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Google Gemini.

    Following along in ChatGPT will give you the smoothest experience, but it's certainly not essential. Whatever AI tool you or your organisation uses, you'll still get real value here.

    We also have short micro-courses on Copilot and Gemini available to learners, to help you transfer what you learn directly to your tool of choice.

    Can I pause or cancel anytime?

    Yes, you can pause or cancel at any point from your account settings.
    If you have purchased bulk licenses for your company and need assistance, please reach out.

    Do I need a ChatGPT subscription to take this course?

    You can complete the course with the free version of ChatGPT, but to access all features (smartest models, making customised shareable GPTs and other advanced tools), we recommend having ChatGPT Business or Plus plans. Most learners find the paid version well worth it during the course. The Business plan does not train on your data by default.

    AI keeps changing - is the course up to date?

    Yes. We update the course monthly and run weekly calls to share what's new and answer questions - drawing on live work with Kiwi clients.

    We also make it easy for you to stay up to date with our monthly newsletter summarising these key updates.
